On April 7, UW-Stevens Point students walked out of a Joint Finance Committee listening session as Chancellor Bernie Patterson delivered his remarks.
A meeting between UWSP administration, Rep. Scott Krug (R-Wisconsin Rapids), and Rep. Jerry Petrowski (R-Stettin) was cancelled by Patterson, according to UWSP SGA Senator Patrick Testin.
The implementation plan for restructuring UWSP SGA’s Finance Committee and a repeal resolution are set to be passed in next week’s senate meeting.
